Starting a Blog
Learning how to set up a blog is super, but the most important step before going forward and investing is to find your blog niche. This is the MOST important step in starting a blog. Once you choose your niche, knowing what you want to share with an audience and how you are going to help them, you’ll have a much easier time creating content around it and helping the people you want to help.
You are going to need a domain, and GoDaddy is one of the largest domain name registrars. Their performance is good and offers tons of web storage. Easy to use and super affordable. Get a domain for $.99 for the first year.

Siteground is my number one recommendation for beginners when it comes to WordPress Hosting. They are affordable and you don’t need to be a techie with codes because their customer service is amazing and they help you 24/07.
Bluehost is a great choice for beginners who want to build their first website for their businesses or blogs. Bluehost is budget-friendly and super affordable. Their automatic WordPress installation makes everything easy to use.
Restored 316, has the most beautiful femine WordPress theme. If you are just starting out, and have no idea How to start a website Restored 316 is packed with useful information on how to begin your blogging journey.

Elegant Themes, are the master behind the DIVI, WordPress themes with the drag & drop. Divi is more than just a theme, it’s a website building framework that makes it possible to design beautiful websites without ever touching a single line of code and without installing and configuring dozens of disjointed plugins.
It’s very important to begin growing your email list as soon as possible. Many new bloggers make the mistake of putting it off and it’s a NO-NO. MailerLite is your best bet for creating and maintaining your email list when you are starting out. Many new bloggers start with MailChimp (I was one of them). But I have to be honest, I struggled with the platform and found it a but confusing. With Mailerlite you can schedule automation with the free plan.
MailerLite has a free plan that you can get up to 1,000 subscribers. This is perfect when you are first starting out, because it includes full access to the most important features, including automation, subscribes forms, landing pages, and more. MailerLite allows you to create landing pages at no cost.
If you’ve outgrown the basic plan and you’re ready to move up and manage your email list and send mass emails, I highly recommend ConvertKit’s new Free plan. Yes! Free plan!
With a free ConvertKit account, you can build unlimited landing pages to start growing an audience for your new project.

Tailwind is a tool as a new blogger you must invest in. Tailwind is a pin scheduler, approved by Pinterest. You schedule your pins when you want them to post and then it schedules and pins them for you. What I love about Tailwind, is Tailwind Tribes, where you can collaborate with other Tailwind users in your niche and share pins, get exposure, and grow your blog.
Tailwind also offers an Instagram Scheduler as well, How amazing is that. You can add links to Instagram Post without having a large following for the swipe up. You can make Instagram posts from your Tailwind account, schedule your posts, use their handy Hashtag Finder.
Plann is an Instagram app to schedule your Instagram post and stories. It’s very easy to use and navigate and very straight forward to use. They have a free plan and a paid plan. In the free plan, you can add one Instagram account 30 post/month. What is not to love about this app, you are able to retouch and resize images, you can use borders, text, and stickers. You can save hashtags, for your post and you can add your Dropbox and google drive account, that’s a plus.
The only Cons is that you cannot auto-publish to Instagram, they are aware of this and they are working on it. But overall this I love this Instagram scheduler.
BONUS:
Plann, integrated with Canva.
You can now create, design, and schedule your social graphics with Canva without leaving Plann, how amazing is that. Another bonus, Facebook is part of Plann as well. How amazing is that? Facebook Autoposting is available on the desktop to all of the paid Plan.
