I know how hard is to maintain motivation to work out and keep on a strict schedule. how many time we start off great to begin our fitness journey, exercising everyday but slowly find ourselves falling into a fitness funk and call it quits. Sometimes certain events of our everyday life makes us fall into a fitness funk.
As a First Responder, mom and our busy schedules is hard to make time for the gym like we wish for and of course we don’t want to pay the high monthly gym fee. Let’s face it, ladies, how many times we joined a gym and promised our self we will make time and in reality, we only go a few times and never go back.
